Cancellation Policy
ALBIN GEORGE believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Details include:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers or eatables. However, refunds or replacements may be provided if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.
- If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it using one of the following methods:

- Go to the "Orders" section.
- Select the order you want to cancel.
- Click on "Cancel Item" and confirm the cancellation.

Refund Policy
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. The request will be entertained once the merchant verifies the claim.
- If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
- Products covered by warranties from manufacturers must be directed to the respective manufacturer.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations or returns will be processed as follows:
- Online Payments: Refunds will be processed within 24-48 business hours of cancellation approval and may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD refunds will be processed to the bank account details shared by the customer after return verification.
- Gift Vouchers and Loyalty Points: Loyalty points will be credited back to your account, while discount vouchers are non-refundable.
Damaged/Defective Items or Wrong Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, initiate a return within 7 days. Provide product images and invoice details. A replacement or refund will be arranged after verification.
