1. How Does the Delivery Process Work?

Once we receive your order, our team ensures that the products pass a thorough quality check. After clearing this step:

• Your items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
• They are handed over to our trusted delivery partners for dispatch.
• If the delivery partner is unable to reach your provided address or arrange a suitable delivery time, they will contact you for resolution.

2. How Are Items Packaged?

At Navavadu, we aim to balance sustainability with the safety of your items:

• We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible to minimize plastic waste.
• Ornaments are packed securely in protective boxes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
• Cosmetics are wrapped to prevent leakage or damage.

3. Where Does Navavadu Deliver?

Currently, Navavadu delivers only within India. We are working to expand our delivery network in the future.

4. How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with tracking details. You can:

• Visit the My Orders section of your account and click on the 'Track' button.
• Choose to receive updates via WhatsApp if opted in during checkout.

5. What Is the Estimated Delivery Time?

We aim to dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery times depend on your location and shipping partner schedules:

• For metro cities, orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
• For remote locations, delivery may take 5-7 business days.

During peak sale periods or when items are sourced directly from brands, dispatches might take slightly longer. We aim to fulfill all orders within 5 business days in such cases.

6. Split Shipments

Some orders may be delivered in multiple shipments due to:

• Items being sourced from different warehouse locations.
• Separate packaging requirements for certain items.

Rest assured, you will only pay applicable shipping or COD charges for the first shipment.

7. Are There Any Shipping Charges?

Our shipping charges are as follows:

• Free Shipping: Orders above ₹499.
• Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹499.

Cash On Delivery (COD) is available for orders between ₹249 and ₹50,000.

8. International Shipping

Navavadu does not currently ship internationally.
